Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the LINEN SHIRT COMPANY website or any part of it ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Data Protection
We will hold information on our customers collected at the time of ordering for the purpose of fulfilling their orders. Account details and cookies may be stored for the purpose of facilitating future orders. Customers may opt to join a mailing list, and may later opt to remove themselves from such a list at any time by emailing us accordingly. We will not unlawfully share your contact information or personal details to any third party (other than necessary logistics providers) in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
We have made every effort to accurately depict the colours, textures and finishes of our products as they appear on the website. However, owing to the varying characteristics of electronic display screens we are unable to guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the actual products. We reserve the right to amend or remove any product from the website, or to amend prices without prior notification. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our Cancellation and Returns Policy.
When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and will be processed according to your input requirements. All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. Our products are priced in Euro. Vat will be charged at the checkout. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card, and exchange rates are set by the cardholder’s bank.
For orders outside the EU any applicable import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated during the checkout process and are dependent on the size of the order and the destination.
Order Acceptance and Availability
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only once we have dispatched the product(s) that you have ordered from us. Prior to dispatch of the products(s), we have the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
All products are subject to availability. If products that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. You may choose to keep you order in place until the product is available or cancel the order and receive a refund.
We aim to process your order as soon as possible. Please allow the following standard delivery times:
Ireland and UK customers within 2-3 working days
EU deliveries within 3-5 working days
International deliveries (excluding above) within 5-7 working days
If you have a specific delivery requirement please let us know at the earliest opportunity and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
We generally use a courier service or An Post to deliver your order. Orders will be tracked and must be signed for upon delivery to your chosen address. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person present at the delivery address.
Please note that our couriers occasionally experience operational difficulties and therefore these service delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimated and can vary dependent on external factors such as weather and other factors.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
We take great pride in our products, both in terms of how you experience them and also in how they are designed, made and rigorously checked before dispatch. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However in the event that you wish to return an item:
Please inform us immediately in writing if you have any problem with your order. This is best done via email firstname.lastname@example.org and must be within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then have an additional 7 days for the item to be returned to us at the address below.
IMPORTANT – refunds and exchanges will only be made if the item is returned in its original condition with attached tags and intact original packaging. We will not accept an item for refund if we ascertain it has been worn. Therefore, please ensure that you try on the item very carefully – we will not accept the item if there is any evidence of wear, make up, cosmetics or scent.

Postage costs for returns will be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) are properly packaged and protected in transit, and that you use a courier service that will track the package and secure proof of delivery (signature) at our premises.
We require that all items are returned to us in their original condition, with their tags attached. Items must be unworn, clean and free from odours or scents. Only when the items are returned to us in this condition will we then issue a refund.
You may request a refund or an alternative size of the same item you returned. The refund or exchange will be for the returned item value and will exclude original or any subsequent transport charges.
Your use of this Website and any purchase by you of any item from DFM Clothing Ltd shall be governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising out of the use of this Site are to be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
